I remember seeing this video a while back. But watching it again just a few minutes ago had me weeping tears of joy. It has such beautiful, deep and simple truth to it. Sometimes we forget that we have choice. More awareness brings more choice. More choice brings more freedom.
Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes:
"The 3 greatest mysteries: Fish unto water. Birds unto air. Human beings unto themselves."
Do you notice your thoughts about what having herpes means about you and your life? Do you realize that you may have more choice about those thoughts than you may be giving yourself credit for?
