It's like the whole fake it till you make it thing that's [ __ ] it's be it till you become it hi I'm adriel creator of the herpes opportunity which is all about positively shifting your mindset disclosing to potential partners in a way that truly connects you and ultimately finding the love that you want and deserve now you can check out the free ebook linked in the description below about having the talk and now on to the video I hope you enjoy it but your question to how do I develop neuro neuroplasticity and and how do I rewire my brain is really about like how do I create the my my best self like the identity of my best self how do I live that in my life you are building an identity with every action that you take that's not to say that if you [ __ ] up okay I've destroyed my identity that I'm building and this is just a reason to throw it all out and burn it all no you're you're not faking yourself out by saying all right I'm I'm building this identity and it should take about ...

... two weeks you're under no false delusion here that this is a lifetime endeavor lifetime lifetime okay until your dying breath this is what you will be doing so deal with that do what you got to do to deal with that it's not going to take two weeks but that's the game and you can look at this as all right I'm I'm building these identities asymptotically I'm never going to get there but I'm going to keep getting closer and closer I'm going to fail and fall down and get further away from it okay I'm going to get back on the horse and keep going and over time you're going to keep getting closer and closer until that dying breath you're going to look back and be like I did some good work it's like the whole fake it till you make it thing that's [ __ ] it's be it till you become it you know regardless of the outcome is is my translation of it it's like regardless of the outcome I want to know that I did the best that I could that is the key to the whole stoic philosophy is the the serenity prayer you know like I I need to I need to have the wisdom to know the difference between the things that I can change and can't change the things that are internal and the things that are external so that's the game you're you're consistently focused on the things that you can change and if external outcomes happen thanks to that then wow that's icing on the cake but what I'm what I'm committed to is the process ...

... of continually iterating and being a better and better version of myself that's setting me up for more success than if I weren't doing that but I'm not saying I'm doing this so that I can then become blank and blank I hope you got a lot out of that video and if you did please let me know please like comment and subscribe and keep an eye out for more videos just like this you

"The whole fake-it-till-ya-make-it thing is BS, it's be it till you become it."

How to develop neuroplasticity is about asking yourself how you can create your best self. You are building an identity with every action that you take. Building your identity is a lifetime endeavor. As you are practicing building your core identity (who you know yourself to be, who you strive to become), you will inevitably try new ways of being, you'll succeed and you'll fall down and get back up and try again. Regardless of the outcomes in your life, know that you are doing the best you can. Have the wisdom to know the difference between the things you can change and the things you cannot (serenity prayer). What you're ultimately committed to is the process and practice of becoming a better and better version of yourself.
