You are building a muscle with every action you do it's really easy to to just think of it in two directions one muscle. Is like just like our kind of our our human our animal. Right that part of us that wants to talk about other people the part of us that wants to be better than everyone else the part of us that's jealous the part of us. Right or you're working your other side you're working your your spirit Your Heart. Right and and every decision that we make is strengthening one of those two muscles. And it's it's always up to us right yeah we can't. I mean there are plenty of times I'm not perfect like. I I catch myself you know judging or saying this or whatever. But then I recognize that and I realize wait that's strengthening a muscle that I don't want to strengthen. Why am I going to the gym working out a muscle that I don't want to strengthen.

Thinking certain thoughts about herpes (and what it means about you) is like strengthening certain mental muscle groups. The question is which muscles do you want to strengthen? The muscles that will keep you in suffering or the muscles that will free you?
