... life so that when you're triggered into thinking you're less than or I'm dirty or I'm one of those people that I need to judge now you can notice it just like when your mind starts wandering in meditation and bring yourself back to your breath and it's in that way that is unconditional love it's it's important it's also important of course to reframe and like use your mind in that way to be like wait that's a [ __ ] thought but as far as emotionally there are two different systems we're working with here one is your mind and you're trying to get your mind right and your thought patterns and your belief system and then there's your whole emotional body you know our mind wants to just like figure it out and like get it done and like compartmentalize it and get it over with and the emotions are like wait so when you can notice that trigger happening in the moment and just breathe and take yourself away from that negative thought it helps to actually relax yourself out of because that's what it is it's a relaxation out of the fear response like I'm ...

I'm less than nobody's ever going to love me again fear fear fear fear relaxing and taking a breath and yeah maybe say something kind to yourself but even if you don't have any words just come back to the breath and just take yourself away from that thought that was tying you up when you do it enough it's like those layers allow allow it shifts you into a new way of being I'm getting better at being more in the moment around noticing those those patterns in me and not letting them run me because those patterns can actually almost seem like a separate being that is inhabiting you like when you get triggered and you're like all of a sudden you just like fly off the handle and get angry or and you're like that wasn't me what the [ __ ] was that that's your fear when you're not actually present and able to see that this is this fear is arising and wanting to animate and letting it happen it's actually breathing life into that fear notice it honor it okay hey there's the fear but I'm not gonna act on it I'm not gonna be it take a breath and allow that fear to dissipate without animating it I hope you got a lot out of that video and if you did please let me know please like comment and subscribe and keep an ...

What you can cultivate through meditation is the action of bringing yourself back to your breath. That same action can be brought out of meditation and into how you relate to your own thoughts. When you notice your mind going into downward spirals of negative thinking and self-judgment, bring your attention to your breath. Relax your nervous system. That, in a very real way, is self-love. Comforting yourself. Relaxing yourself out of negative thinking. Relaxing into being present and grateful. Being with yourself as your own best friend.
