Sign up below and I'll send you a recording of one of my past virtual support group calls so you can hear what the format was like. I'm not running virtual groups right now, but if enough interest builds up, I'll launch one and you'll be the first to know.
Read the ebook + handouts (free)
The disclosure ebook walks through the conversation step by step. The handouts cover body anxiety, relationship questions, and the long-term identity work. Same starting point I use with my one-on-one coaching clients.

When self-paced isn't enough, my private coaching is the deeper option. The 25-minute discovery call is $75 (33% off the regular session rate) and it's the lowest-friction way to see if we're a fit.

History: groups that used to meet in Houston
For every group below, I've documented founding dates, last-known activity, and the moment its presence disappeared from the public record. Sources cited per claim.
Houston HELP
Houston HELP ran out of (866) 841-9139 x2551 with houstonhelp.org as its public face and was one of the three Texas ASHA HELP chapters at the 2008 network peak (alongside Austin HELP and North Texas HELP in Arlington). By 2026 the website is dead and there's no ASHA-listed in-person Houston group. The Clear Lake Texas H Friends entry above is the modern indie Meetup-era successor for the southeast Houston metro. If you're in greater Houston and looking for the structured peer-sharing format the original HELP chapter ran, the waitlist below is how I'll know to launch one.
