I have no record of an in-person herpes support group ever meeting in El Paso. The closest historically-documented in-person groups in Texas were North Texas HELP (Arlington/DFW), Austin HELP, Houston HELP, and San Antonio HELP, all of which have since gone dormant. San Antonio H Friends (a Meetup-based group) is the closest currently active option.
